A Message from the President
I have been in the safety consulting business for almost 14 years now, but I have been involved with safety for over 30 years. Before becoming a consultant, I was an Occupational Health Specialist. My job, among other things, was to manage Workers Compensation claims. It was then that I experienced the "human side" of injuries. I had an employee who had suffered a back injury years before, tell me, "I just want to be pain-free for one day." I couldn't grant his request. That is what motivates me to create a safety consulting company driven by the passion to help prevent workplace injuries. Injuries take a toll on both your employees and your "bottom line". Len Drajem has been a member of a Volunteer Fire Department for more than 36 years, having served as an Emergency Medical Technician and Fire Chief. He presently serves as the Infectious Control Officer in his fire department.
Len is also an 11 Gallon Blood Donor with the American Red Cross.
