I have been in the safety consulting business for almost 14 years now, but I have been involved with safety for over 30 years. Before becoming a consultant, I was an Occupational Health Specialist. My job, among other things, was to manage Workers Compensation claims. It was then that I experienced the "human side" of injuries. I had an employee who had suffered a back injury years before, tell me, "I just want to be pain-free for one day." I couldn't grant his request. That is what motivates me to create a safety consulting company driven by the passion to help prevent workplace injuries. Injuries take a toll on both your employees and your "bottom line". I encourage you to share my passion to "make people safer every day". Not sure how? I can help. The key is to ask the right questions. Then, I will listen, and provide a service based on your needs. I am writing this to thank Len Drajem for the regulatory safety training and program development that he provided to our facility over the last several years. His technical knowledge is top-notch, and he strives for continuous improvement. He is professional in his delivery of numerous OSHA mandated topics and was always able to engage our employees to share their own experiences with safety difficulties they faced at work every day.
I highly recommend Len to any business that is looking for a safety trainer and consultant that will assist them in developing a positive safety culture in their organization.
